"Looks a bit dated on the outside. But rooms well made up. Clean and comfortable bed. Had a microwave in the room which for me is very convenient as I travel for work a lot. Modern TV with streaming available and pretty good wi-fi however bandwith speed slowed a little when there was more people in as to be expected. It is very close to Gunnedah town centre. Short 8-10 minute stroll to Woolworths or Coles. My only small issue..."

"Rooms spotless and that's my biggest wish. On the night I was here some guests (workmen) had no respect for their neighbours- probably more workmen. So loud!! Talking like they're on a jobsite! Slamming doors, behaving like it was the middle of the day. Management needs to stay on top of that. Otherwise, pretty good. Building is old, but everything else is fine."
"Unit was clean and spacious! Expense not too great! Doona was too warm! Dispensers for Shampoo and Conditioner is a Great idea, less plastic!! Overall a good overnight stopover!! Overall stayed again on our return to Victoria! Quiet night ! Maybe a blanket for those that find doonas too warm!!"
"The room was nice and comfortable. The only problem I had was the wifi was dead slow. 5.31Mbps dl / 3.82Mbps ul which is 10 times slower than using 4G. It’s included in the price but I was just surprised it would be this slow in 2026. Fingers crossed my teams call works ok. The pool was nice and clean, showers were ok."
